The Whoop 4.0 is compact and lightweight, featuring a rectangular dial with a nylon strap but no screen. It offers Bluetooth compatibility and real-time information about health measures like stress, recuperation, strain, and sleep. The fitness band features an array of functions such as Whoop Coach, Any Wear Technology, and Sleep Coach. The Whoop Coach gives tailored guidance and feedback according to the user's health metrics. The Sleep Coach, on the other hand, monitors and assesses the user's sleep quality. The anywear technology, as the name implies, allows users to customise the wearable's appearance.
