Until now, Samsung S20 Ultra was the only handset to feature a camera with 108MP sensor, but now, Xiaomi has announced that it will launch the Mi 10 smartphone with 108MP camera on March 31 in India. What’s interesting is that both the smartphones are the companies' top-of-the-line offerings but Mi 10 is likely to cost a lot less than the Galaxy S20 Ultra. In fact, Mi 10 could be priced in the same segment as the upcoming OnePlus 8 Pro.
Xiaomi has a stronghold in the affordable smartphone market and as compared to that, the company hasn’t been able to make strides in the over Rs 30,000 smartphone market. With the price of the device likely to be upward of Rs 50,000, and a dedicated microsite has also been made live. Let’s take a look at what Indians will get if they choose to purchase the handset.
