Vivo has launched the V30e, the newest model in the brand's V-series portfolio in India. The smartphone sticks out as the slimmest one in the country, sporting a powerful 5500mAh battery. The newly introduced model succeeds the Vivo V29e, which came out in the market in August 2023. Some of its standout features are a 50MP Sony IMX882 OIS main camera that leads the segment, Studio Quality Aura Light, and the ability to record 4K video with both front and rear cameras. The V30e also has an AMOLED display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen. Vivo V30e: Price and Availability

The available colour options for the model are Velvet Red and Silk Blue. Moreover, the Vivo V30e is offered in two versions: 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The base-spec 8GB+128GB model is priced at Rs 27,999, while the 8GB+256GB version with more storage is available for purchase at Rs 29,999. Interested customers can buy the newly launched Vivo smartphone via the brand's official India website as well as Flipkart. Buyers can also use their HDFC and SBI Bank debit and credit cards to instantly save Rs 3,000. Apart from this, Vivo is providing a Rs 4,000 exchange bonus to customers who buy smartphones through its official website.

Vivo V30e: Specs and Features

FuntouchOS 14, which is based on Android 14, powers the dual SIM (nano) Vivo V30e. For the new phone, Vivo has guaranteed to give four years of security upgrades and three generations of Android updates. It has a 6.78-inch 3D curved display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a peak brightness of 1,300 nits, and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.3 per cent. The display is full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels). It has an 8GB RAM configuration with a 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. Moreover, up to 16GB of virtual RAM can be added to the onboard memory.

The Vivo V30e sports two cameras on its rear: an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor that supports optical image stabilisation (OIS). At the back is an additional Aura LED flash unit. The phone features a 50-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The cameras on the front and back can record 4K video. It has up to 256GB of built-in storage. The phone has an IP64 rating to protect it from splashes and dust.

The V30e supports 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and USB Type-C connections. The built-in sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, proximity sensor, and gyroscope. There is also an on-screen fingerprint sensor for authentication. The model is powered by a 5,500mAh battery with 44W wired fast charging capabilities. The battery is said to provide up to 22 hours of YouTube streaming and 53 hours of music playback time. The handset is 7.65mm thin and weighs 179 gm.
