Sony WF-H800 joins the brand's line-up of TWS Earphones in the Indian market. These sit right between the already existing WF-XB700, WF-SP800N, and the flagship WF-1000XM3 earbuds and come along as on-ear type earbuds with closed design and adjustable ear tips.
The earbuds feature 6mm dome-type dynamic drivers along with Digital Sound Enhancement Engine HX (DSEE HX), which, as per Sony, helps in delivering rich and natural sound. Combined, this shall result in the restoration of the details of the high-range sound lost in compression.
The earbuds can operate in the frequency range of 20Hz to 20,000Hz. Further, these also support SBC and AAC audio formats and connect via Bluetooth 5.0. The earbuds also support voice commands with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa support via one-touch access. An in-built IR sensor also enables in-ear detection. Sadly, they miss out on Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).
You can use the Sony Headphones Connect mobile app to further fine-tune the music experience. On a single charge, Sony WF-H800 can deliver up to 8 hours of music playback. This can be extended by up to 16 hours via the charging case, which can be charged via a dedicated USB-C port.
Sony has priced the WF-H800 TWS Earphones at ₹14,990. The WF-H800 will go on sale on Flipkart and Sony's online store starting today, September 24. You can grab these earbuds in a sole 'black' shade.
