Under its AKG division, Samsung India today launched four new wireless headphones and earphones – Y100, Y500, N200 and N700NC M2.
The AKG N200 is an in-ear athleisure earphone made from premium materials and has a tangle-free fabric cable. The earphone comes with Apt-x technology and supports AAC codec to ensure great audio quality. According to Samsung, the battery packs in a playback time of up to eight hours; there’s also a fast charging feature that gives one full hour of listening time with just 10 minutes of charging.
The AKG N700NC M2 is the flagship headphone that comes with Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology and has sleek and elegant design. The AKG headphones app allows user to easily control the equaliser and noise cancelation frequency settings via smartphone.
The AKG N700NC M2 also comes with a long-lasting battery that provides 23-hours playback with Bluetooth and noise cancellation. The flat-foldable design and thoughtfully included accessories like an airline adapter, carrying case and a tangle-free fabric cable with one-button remote, means these headphones are fully equipped for travelling.
Coming in wide colour options, the AKG Y500 and Y100 headphones are designed to suit the need ot millennial users who listen to music in style.
The AKG Y500 is an on-ear wireless headphone and offers 33-hours of playtime, multi-point connectivity to ensure seamless connection with two Bluetooth connected devices at the same time. The Y500 also comes in five colour options to suit everyone’s style, and play/pause automation to enable user to pause the music automatically when taking the headphones off, and play when the headphones are put back on.
The AKG Y100 is a neck-band type earphone that brings lightness and durability along with crisp, clean sound. The neck-band form factor makes it an optimal audio device for all use cases – whether travelling, relaxing at home or working.
Both the AKG Y500 and Y100 come with ‘Ambient Aware’ technology that allows users to let in surrounding ambient sound by activating the Ambient Aware Mode.
All the four models will be available through Samsung E-store, exclusive outlets and all top retailers. The AKG Y100 priced at Rs 6,699, the AKG N200 and AKG Y500 are priced at Rs 9,999 each and the AKG N700NC M2 costs Rs 26,999.
