Announced earlier this month, the Samsung Galaxy F02s goes on sale today as the manufacturer's most affordable smartphone in the F series line-up. It is essentially a rebranded version of the Galaxy M02s from earlier this year.
The Galaxy F02s packs a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD panel, with a resolution of 1560 x 720-pixels and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. It also gets a waterdrop notch at the top, which packs a 5MP selfie camera. The rear camera setup, on the other hand, includes a 13MP primary lens and two 2MP sensors for depth sensing and macro shots.
The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC, paired with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of expandable internal storage. The smartphone is backed up by a 5,000mAh battery, with 15W fast charging support via USB-C. It runs on Samsung's OneUI based software on top of Android 10.
The Samsung Galaxy F02s' prices in India begins at ₹8,999 for the base 3GB+32GB variant and goes up to ₹9,999 for the top-end 4GB+64GB variant. It is available starting today on Flipkart and Samsung's online store in three colours – diamond blue, diamond white, and diamond black.
