Chinese smartphone manufacturer Poco will launch the F6 5G in India on May 23 at 4:30 p.m. (IST). The handset will be sold via Flipkart. Its precise specifications are currently unclear, but the most recent Flipkart teaser hints that the smartphone could be a rebadged version of the Redmi Turbo 3, which went on sale in China this April. Notably, the Redmi Turbo 3 is the first Redmi handset from Xiaomi to come equipped with the all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. The Poco smartphone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor with Adreno GPU for graphics. The device may run on the Android 14-based HyperOS operating system and boasts a powerful 5,000 mAh battery that supports rapid 90W fast charging.
For photography, the Poco F6 will likely sport dual cameras at the rear: an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 50-megapixel main camera with a Sony LYT 600 sensor. It may include a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies.
In terms of display, the POCO F6 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with 480Hz touch sampling rate, 2,160Hz PWM, Dolby Vision, peak local brightness of 2,400 nits, and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
