Oppo has launched India's first IP69-rated smartphone – the F27 Pro Plus. The F27 Pro Plus is the company's latest flagship F-series smartphone crafted from vegan leather. Unlike other flagship devices such as the Apple iPhone 15 and the Samsung Galaxy S24, the Oppo F27 Pro Plus is triple-certified with IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings, making it the first smartphone in India to carry the IP69 rating. This means that the phone can stand up to high water pressure and high-temperature sprays. Focusing on durability, it has a military-grade shock resistance certification (MIL-STD-810H) for build quality.
The Oppo F27 Pro Plus is available in two storage variants: 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB, priced at Rs 27,999 and Rs 29,999, respectively. It goes on sale in India starting June 20 through Amazon, Flipkart, Oppo India online store, and offline stores. The bookings for the same are underway. Interested buyers can choose between two colour options – Midnight Navy and Dusk Pink.
