According to a previous report by Android Central, the OnePlus 9 series of smartphones are expected to arrive by March 2021. Now, a widely publicized article from Weibo suggested that the line-up will consist of three models, namely the OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro, and OnePlus 9 Pro Ultra.
However, according to a new report by TechDroider, the line-up will consist of only two models, the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro, making the fate of the Ultra model uncertain as of now. Further, recent rumours also suggest that the OnePlus 9 series will debut by mid-March, almost a month earlier than the OnePlus 8 series from this year.
There's no Third OnePlus 9 Smartphone. OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro Next year Mid-March. That Weibo News is Fake. So no "OnePlus 9 Ultra or Something" as some Speculated.

Sources suggest that the OnePlus 9 line-up is expected to feature a Snapdragon 875 SoC, 144Hz refresh rate, IP66 water and dust resistant body, an NFC chip, and dual stereo speakers. Further, both the smartphones are expected to ship with 65W fast-charging and 40W wireless charging support.
