The Chinese smartphone maker has confirmed on X (previously known as Twitter) that the OnePlus 12 will soon have a new colour option in India. According to the teaser image on social media, the new paint scheme seems to be shiny silver with a glittering finish on the camera module. It is expected to go by the name 'Glacial White'. It's interesting to note that the Glacial White colour option for the OnePlus 12 was only available in China at launch. The company now seems to bring it here, and also introduce it in other markets sometime later. In India, the smartphone is currently available in two colours: Flowy Emerald and Silky Black. Aside from the new colour option, the smartphone's other features remain the same.

The OnePlus 12 features Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 16GB LPDDR5x RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage. It comes with a 6.82-inch quad-HD+ LTPO 4.0 AMOLED screen that has an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of the camera, the device has a spherical module housing three rear cameras: a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 sensor (main camera), a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with a 3x optical zoom, and a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.
It has a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The OnePlus 12 is equipped with a 5,400mAh battery and a 100W SuperVOOC wired charger. Additionally, it has 10W reverse wireless charging and 50W wireless charging capabilities.
The 16 GB RAM + 512 GB Storage variant of the OnePlus 12 costs Rs 69,999, while the 12 GB RAM + 256 GB Storage version is priced at Rs 64,999.
