OnePlus has launched a limited-edition colour variant of its flagship smartphone in India – the OnePlus 12 Glacial White. The new variant has a sleek, contemporary appearance inspired by the 'stunning beauty and resilience of glaciers'. It has a glass back with a frosted texture.
Priced at Rs 64,999, the OnePlus 12 Glacial White comes in a single 12GB RAM and 256GB inbuilt storage configuration. Using select bank cards for the purchase will get customers an instant Rs 3,000 discount on Amazon. There is also a special Rs 2,000 discount coupon on the device, which one can use from June 6 to June 20. Customers can even get their hands on an exchange bonus of up to Rs 12,000. Along with these, customers can also grab the OnePlus Bonus Drop of Rs 99, which can be purchased between June 3 and June 5 through OnePlus.in. Barring the cosmetic updates, the OnePlus 12 Glacial White remains the same as the regular OnePlus 12. Like the other two colour options (Flowy Emerald and Silky Black), it gets a 6.82-inch quad-HD+ (1,440 x 3,168 pixels) LTPO 4.0 AMOLED display with a punch-hole cutout, up to 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 12 Glacial White carries a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 inbuilt storage. A large 5,400 mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC wired charging is packed in. The phone also supports 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
For optics, the OnePlus 12 Glacial White houses a Hasselblad-powered triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera with a Sony LYT-808 sensor, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel camera for video chats and selfies. The device runs on Android 14-based OxygenOS 14 out-of-the-box, delivering a customisable user experience.
As for connectivity options, the phone gets 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Onboard sensors are a gyroscope, accelerometer, magnetometer and proximity sensor. Other bits include a fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication, not to mention an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
