Nothing has launched a special edition version of the Phone (2a) in India. Priced at Rs 27,999 in India, the Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition stands out with its unique design featuring blue, yellow, and red accents. This smartphone joins the other versions (Black, White, and Blue) in the India lineup. Starting June 5, the Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition goes on sale on Flipkart, where you can avail of a limited-period discount of Rs 1,000. You can also buy the special edition smartphone through the Nothing Soho store in London on June 1 from 11:00 am.
For those unaware, the Phone (2a) Special Edition is the first Nothing phone with most colours. Based on the white colour variant of the Phone (2a), the Special Edition has a multi-coloured black panel design with three Glyph LED lights around the camera island. The back panel also features grey-coloured sections showcasing the company's design patterns. However, the biggest talking point is the addition of Red, Blue, and Yellow coloured highlights, celebrating what Nothing describes as a 'story of colour'.
Red represents Nothing's earbuds and the dot on the right earbud. Yellow is used in the new Ear (a), while Blue symbolises Phone (2a) Blue variant. Other than these changes, everything else remains untouched. Now, let's delve into the specifications of the Special Edition smartphone:
The Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition sports a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,412 pixels) AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, the phone gets an octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
For optics, the Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition offers a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 50-megapixel sensor with a 1/1.56-inch size, and a 50-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor. The front has a 32-megapixel sensor for selfies. The phone runs on Android 14-based NothingOS and houses a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging.

Along with these, the phone also gets an in-display fingerprint scanner and supports face unlock. It has an IP54 rating for splash and dust resistance.
