HMD Global, the brand that sells Nokia phones today announced the Nokia 9 PureView in India that comes with world’s first five camera array with ZEISS Optics. Every picture taken with this smartphone is HDR and all the five cameras work together simultaneously to capture your image and the Nokia 9 PureView fuses it together into one 12MP photo.
The Nokia 9 PureView features two colour sensors and three monochromatic sensors. All the five sensors work together to collect up to 10-times the amount of light than a single sensor of the same type, claims Nokia.
The smartphone also features the ability to capture images in uncompressed RAW ‘DNG’ format and allows you to edit them directly on the phone thanks to Nokia’s partnership with Adobe Lightroom. Adobe Lightroom has introduced a bespoke lens profile specifically for the Nokia 9 PureView. With the Pro camera UI, you can now capture time lapse photography with support for exposure times up to 10 seconds. In addition, the new Pro Camera UI on Nokia 9 PureView includes the ability to adjust the Exposure Value in increments of just 1/3rd of a stop, letting you adjust exposure compensation with more control than ever before.
The Nokia 9 PureView is armed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and features a bright 5.99-inch 2K pOLED screen with PureDisplay technology and integrated Qi wireless charging. The PureDisplay screen technology features HDR10. The smartphone is manufacture from a 6000 series aluminium chassis with dual diamond cuts and the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back.
The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box and joins the line-up of Nokia smartphones in the Android One family, which means it delivers the latest Android innovations and software experiences.
The Nokia 9 PureView will be available in midnight blue from July 10 exclusively on Nokia.com/phones and on Flipkart at Rs 49,999.
Consumers purchasing Nokia 9 PureView using HDFC Bank Credit cards and Debit cards on both EMI and regular transactions done through Pinelabs terminals in offline stores, will receive a 10 per cent cashback. Consumers can also avail 10 per cent cashback when they use HDFC consumer durable loans. This offer is available at retail outlets from date of launch till August 31.
