The Motorola Edge 50 Pro went on sale in India in April with Moonlight Pearl, Luxe Lavender, and Black Beauty colour options. It has now received a new option in its colour palette, called the Vanilla Cream. The Vanilla Cream variant can be purchased through Flipkart and the company's official Indian website. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model costs Rs 31,999, while the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option is priced at Rs 35,999. Except for the colour, the smartphone's features and specs stay the same. The smartphone operates on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor with Adreno GPU for graphics. It runs on Android 14 operating system. The Motorola handset is equipped with a 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED curved display that supports HDR10+, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 2,000 nits of peak brightness.
For photography, the Edge 50 Pro sports three rear cameras: a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 10-megapixel telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom and OIS, as well as, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. There is a 50-megapixel on the front for taking selfies.
The handset gets a 4,500mAh battery with compatibility for both 50W wireless and 125W cable TurboPower charging. The 12GB RAM model has a 125W charger, whereas the 8GB RAM edition comes with a 68W charger.

Motorola introduced the Edge 50 Ultra, in India last month for Rs 59,999. The new smartphone is the most premium offering in the company's Edge 50 range, which includes ins the Edge 50 and Edge 50 Pro. It has an Android 14-based Hello UI and octa-core Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 in-built storage. The former can be extended. The device boasts a 4500mAh battery promising up to 40 hours of usage and 125W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W wireless power-sharing support.
