Tech giant Lenovo has introduced new offerings under its gaming brand – Legion – along with a new range of desktops, displays, and accessories. Made especially for hardcore gamers, the Legion Y740 and Legion Y540 have been developed from the ground up to have stylish exteriors and powerful interiors.
Legion Y740
The Lenovo Legion Y740 is created from machined aluminium and anodised with a sophisticated iron grey colour with narrow borders. The laptop comes with customisable RGB lighting behind the keyboard, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q GPU, and Dolby Atmos speaker system with Dolby sound radar.
The Y740 is powered by the 9th Gen Intel Core i7 laptop processor and supports newest titles in 4K – all with Intel’s stunning media-rich graphics. There is a 144Hz full-HD (1920 x 1080) display with NVIDIA G-SYNC to eliminate screen-tearing and stutters.
Legion Y540
The Lenovo Legion Y540 sports an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6G GDDR6 GPU and offers more power on a single charge. The laptop has thin bezels and sports a 15-inch full-HD display that has a 144Hz refresh rate, 300 nits of brightness, and an IPS anti-glare screen. The Y540 is armed with 9th Gen Intel Core i7 laptop processor and up to 1TB SSD.
Both the new laptops come with a Coldfront dual-fan thermal layout that keeps them cool while playing graphic-intensive games.
The Legion Y740, 15-inch, is available at the starting price of Rs 1,29,990. The Legion Y540 15-inch is available at the starting price of Rs 69,990.
