Ahead of its launch on August 21, iQOO has revealed the Z9s' design and some other details. The smartphone is white, with a matte rear panel. It has a pill-shaped camera module on the back and top left, with two sensors: one above and one below. The camera module has the label 'Auto-Z 2x Power,' which indicates the device is equipped with zoom capability. A flashlight is also present. Moreover, the iQOO branding is visible on the lower portion of the smartphone.

The iQOO Z9s Pro, on the other hand, features orange leather (Flamboyant Orange) and white marble-like (Luxe Marble) finishes. It comes with a rectangular camera module on the top half with round metallic accents and silver borders. There are two rear cameras set up on the module: an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS capability.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, which is also the heart of the Vivo V40 series, Motorola Edge 50 Pro, and other phones, is confirmed to be installed in the Pro version of the iQOO Z9s. The base model, in contrast, will have the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor.
The smartphone's top-end model boasts a curved-edge AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and an average peak brightness of 4500 nits. AI features such as AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance will also be offered with both phones. For the Z9s Pro, a 5,500mAh battery is expected to be used. The standard model's battery specifications have not yet been predicted.

Although there is still time for the launch, market estimates suggest that the iQoo Z9s and iQoo Z9s Pro will cost somewhere between Rs 20,000 and Rs 30,000.
