Infinix is all set to launch the GT 20 Pro mid-range smartphone in India on May 21. Launched globally about a month ago, the Infinix GT 20 Pro is finally headed here with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate SoC. The upcoming Infinix GT 20 Pro will lead the charge as the country's first smartphone powered by this chipset, which comes paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. A 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging powers the new Infinix device. Also, Infinix's proprietary VC Chamber Cooling technology is present for efficient thermal management.
The Infinix GT 20 Pro runs on Android 14-based XOS14 custom skin out-of-the-box, promising two Android OS updates and three years of security patch upgrades. It will go on sale through Flipkart. Upon arrival on our market, the GT 20 Pro will be Infinix's answer to the Nothing Phone 2a, the Poco X6, and the iQOO Z9.

This smartphone boasts a 108-megapixel triple rear camera setup, while the front packs a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The 6.78-inch 10-bit FHD+ AMOLED display of the GT 20 Pro is marked by a 144Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, and a 1,080x2,436 resolution.
The Infinix GT 20 Pro is a gaming-focused phone with a cyber mecha design and a dedicated Pixelworks X5 Turbo gaming chip offering features such as 90FPS high frame rate and SDR to HDR. It will come in two different configurations: 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage.

Price-wise, the GT 20 Pro is confirmed to be less than Rs 25,000. It will be unveiled alongside another gadget from Infinix's GT Verse series – the GT Book laptop. The laptop has a 16-inch 120Hz display and an Intel Core i9-13900H chipset with RTX 4060 GPU.
