Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei has launched the HUAWEI MediaPad M5 lite in India that comes with a stylus and boasts of a wider 10.1-inch 1080P full-HD IPS screen offering a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The tablet comes with ClariVu 5.0 – a display enhancement technology that adjusts the contrast and colour saturation based on intelligent algorithms.
The MediaPad M5 Lite will be exclusively available on Flipkart starting from September 29 at Rs 20,990.
The M-Pen Lite stylus sports a metal body and has 2,048 layers of pressure sensitivity, allowing users to jot down notes or mark up an email very easily. For audio, the Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite comes with quad speakers, co-engineered by Harman Kardon.
With a unique Children’s Corner feature, parents can set limits for children’s usage and customise the content. Besides the parental control feature, the MediaPad M5 Lite also offers five enhanced eye-comfort modes to protect eye fatigue. These modes include Optimal Distance Reminder (provides smart reminders when the M5 Lite is less than 25cm from the face), Posture Guidance (provides reminder to children to not read the tablet when lying down). Alongside, it also boasts of Intelligent Light Adjustment, Blue Ray Filter and Usage Time Control.
The MediaPad M5 Lite is powered an 8-core processor and runs on MUI 8.0. The tablet is fuelled by a 7,500 mAh long-lasting battery which also supports Huawei’s QuickCharge technology.
