At CES 2025, ASUS unveiled the highly anticipated ROG Zephyrus G14 and G16 laptops, now powered by the latest Nvidia RTX 5080 graphics cards. These new additions to the ROG (Republic of Gamers) lineup are designed to deliver superior gaming performance, offering advanced features tailored to both gamers and content creators. The Zephyrus G14 and G16 come equipped with cutting-edge components, including high-refresh-rate displays, enhanced cooling systems, and powerful processors, making them ideal for intense gaming sessions and demanding creative tasks. The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is equipped with a 13-inch Nebula display offering a 2.5K resolution and 180Hz refresh rate. This screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and provides full DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a peak brightness of 500 nits.
This device can be configured with the latest AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor and Radeon 8060S graphics, capable of delivering 50 NPU TOPS (trillion operations per second). As a certified Copilot PC, it offers integrated AI capabilities. The laptop supports up to 128GB of LPDDR5X 8000MHz RAM and up to 1TB of storage, with up to 96GB of RAM available for the GPU, and it is capable of running a 70B large language model locally.

For cooling, the ROG Flow Z13 features a vapour chamber made of stainless steel and copper, along with dual second-generation Arc Flow Fans designed to expel heat via ultra-thin 0.1mm heatsink fins. The 2025 version iteration boasts a microSD card reader, dual USB Type-C ports, USB Type-A, an audio combo jack, and an HDMI 2.1 port. The laptop introduces a new Command Centre button to quickly access system functions. It also includes a 70Wh battery, which, in conjunction with the efficient Strix Halo processor, provides up to 10 hours of use on a single charge.
